SOMA Home Bars is dedicated to bringing together enthusiasts and owners of home bars in the South Orange and Maplewood area. We aim to create a vibrant community where members can share ideas, experiences, and tips related to home bar setups and cocktails.

WE DID IT - SOMA Home Bars First Bar Crawl

We’re thrilled to announce our first SOMA Home Bar Crawl — and honestly, we’re blown away by the excitement. Turns out the home bar owner community really is pretty amazing.
This crawl will feature 6–7 incredible home bars across Maplewood and South Orange, each offering a unique experience. To ensure a great time for both guests and hosts, advance registration is required and attendance will be capped.
What to Expect
- 🏠 6–7 private home bar stops
- ⏰ Approximately 1 hour at each bar
- 🗺️ Locations shared after registration
- 🍹 A fun, social, and thoughtfully paced crawl designed with host comfort in mind

- Registration is required and space is limited
- Transportation is not provided
- Some bars are walkable
- Others may require Uber, Lyft, or other transportation
- 21+ only — please drink responsibly
- These are private homes — respectful behavior is expected
- For this event, attendance is limited to local participants only
